Adelle is an integrative arts psychotherapist meaning she can work across creative mediums (art, drama, music, movement, sand tray) and theoretical approaches (psychodynamic, person-centred, gestalt, transactional analysis). She is a graduate of the MA (Adult) Integrative Arts Psychotherapy from The Institute of Therapy and Education, and the BA (Hons) Drama and Theatre Arts from Goldsmiths. Adelle has been a support worker and group facilitator of people with learning disabilities and autistic people and co-founded a user-led drama group called ‘Drama For All’. Adelle has worked with people who have experienced anxiety, depression, bereavement, abuse and trauma, some of whom are living with a diagnosis of bi-polar, psychosis, PTSD and personality disorder. Adelle is registered with HCPC, BAAT and is continuously learning, training, and developing her skills in order to be the best arts therapist she can be.
