Amanda Naylor

Amanda is a senior leader with over 25 years of experience in the health and social care sector, of which around 20 years has been spent in the third sector in the UK and internationally working to safeguard the most marginalized children.  

Amanda’s professional qualifications include an MSC in Forensic Psychology as well as substantial experience in managing teams in detached and place-based youth work, statutory safeguarding practice, community and social action, individual and group therapeutic recovery and innovative service design using co production approaches.   

Amanda is driven by strong values of social justice and committed to implementing impactful systems change and service delivery that transforms the lives of the most marginalised children, families and communities.
