Charlene McDonald–Cumberbatch
COSA Project Worker

Charlene joined Respond in December 2019 as COSA project worker for the transforming care project in the Midlands. She previously worked at The Ambulance Staff Charity (TASC) supporting ambulance staff experiencing psychological and physical trauma. She has experience working for the NHS Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team and the CAMHS specialising in autism and ADHD. Her qualifications include MSc Psychological Wellbeing, Level 2 Award in Counselling Concepts and Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills and Mental Health First Aid.
