COSA Service Manager

Julia has been overseeing Respond’s Circles of Support & Accountability (COSA) service since 2015. This community-based initiative supports young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism or both who have committed sexual offices, or who are at risk of so, doing to live safe and fulfilling lives. Prior to joining Respond, Julia was a barrister for much of her working life specialising in criminal law and the defence of vulnerable individuals including those with complex learning and mental health needs.
