Kenysh is a HCPC registered art psychotherapist who qualified with an MA from the University of Hertfordshire in 2018. She previously worked in mainstream and SEN schools as a mentor, key worker and teaching assistant.

Kenysh has extensive experience working with children, young people and adults and believes that art/image making is an essential human skill and something that has been used for hundreds of years to solve and resolve problems. She is interested in attachment-based art therapy having worked with clients regarding issues such as loss, identity, self-esteem, cultural issues, relationships, anxiety and depression.

Kenysh has worked in a variety of settings including CAMHS, private care and most recently in the finance industry where she worked to support vulnerable customers experiencing financial uncertainty. She joined Respond in September 2020 and is passionate about working creatively to support people through art therapy.
