Miranda joined Respond in October 2020 having previously supported young people with learning disabilities, autism or both in the community and in a provider setting. She helped set up a charity providing vulnerable young people access to community activities from which they may have previously felt excluded. She has also worked as a support worker in a therapeutic setting, providing direct support to complex children with autism who had suffered trauma.
