Arlene is a committed trustee at Respond, leveraging her extensive experience in business strategy, asset management and marketing to support the charity’s mission. She currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for EMEA at J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM), where she has been a key leader since 2013. Arlene also plays a vital role as the Co-Head of Asset Management’s Diversity Opportunity and Inclusion efforts, advocating for initiatives that promote inclusivity and equity within the organisation. Prior to her tenure at JPMAM, Arlene was the Head of EMEA Marketing at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she spent 13 years in both the Asset Management and Equity Sales divisions, contributing significantly to business strategy and management. She holds an International MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
