Joining the Respond team will offer you a generous and comprehensive package of flexible benefits including:

Hybrid working

28.5 days paid holiday (pro rata for part time hours) plus Bank Holidays

Up to 4 weeks paid sickness leave at full pay and a further 4 weeks at half pay

1 day’s paid leave per year when a religious holiday falls on a working day
