Lilian is a senior leader in the violence against women and girls’ sector with over a decade of experience spanning service management within learning disability provision, strategic programme and partnership leadership and marketing and communications within higher education.
She has led complex, multi-agency services supporting survivors of abuse and exploitation, with responsibility for safeguarding, governance, compliance, workforce development and sustainable service growth.
Alongside her professional roles, Lilian has consistently volunteered in community spaces, facilitating peer support groups and youth programmes in the UK and internationally. Her work is grounded in equity, intersectional practice and a long-standing commitment to justice, dignity and collective empowerment.
