Respond is delighted to partner with Bild on the BTEC Level 5 Bild Diploma in Practice Leadership in Trauma Informed Practice.

The BTEC Level 5 Diploma will focus on prompting cultural change through trauma informed relational working.

The diploma develops understanding of trauma theory, builds skills in trauma-informed practice, and supports learners’ personal growth, critical thinking, and engagement in learning.

Designed for those working directly with people accessing services, the qualification combines practice leadership with trauma informed theory, allowing learning to be put into practice.  All Bild Diplomas support learners to develop and deepen skills in Practice Leadership.
